How to make
Preparation. Preheat oven to 150 ℃. Lay the cooking sheet on the mold.
1. Sift flour into a bowl.

8. Pour into a mold, put in a vat, pour hot water to about half the height of the mold, bake in a 150 ° C oven plump and brown for about 60 minutes until the fire passes.
9. Remove the mold and remove the rough heat.
